• 1st shift:  6am-4:30pm $16/hr
• 3rd shift: 7:30pm-6am $17/hr

Warehouse Associate Job Duties: 

• Operate production equipment properly following guidelines
• Stock material and products 
• Reports defective products or machinery to supervisor
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move, stack, and load material

Production Associate Requirements:

• 6 months of prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred 
• Prior experience with overhead crane preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift repetitively, and use your hands for long periods 
• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Some familiarity with hand tools preferred

Skip Trace Investigator:

• Responsible for skip tracing accounts within the scope of applicable laws and regulations in a manner that denotes professionalism and integrity.  Ideal candidate will have had experience in post charge-off collections, including skip tracing. 
• Use all internet databases and phone tools to locate customers/collateral. 
• Build successful relationships with contractors and clients to service accounts. 
• Communicate verbally or systematically with clients and/or contractors to: 
  • Provide updates regarding account status and service levels; recommend changes if needed. 
  • Obtain new leads on customers / collateral locations. 
  • Obtain any necessary documentation or guidance to pursue the collateral/customers (i.e., Credit Applications/Reference sheets, and prior communication with their customer). 
  • Provide frequent updates to summarize progress made throughout the lifecycle of orders. 
• Conduct initial review of information provided by clients to ensure accuracy. 
• Skip Tracing of customers and/or other parties to: 
  • Identify the best-known address to locate the client’s collateral or customer. 
  • Determine if the client’s customer has filed Bankruptcy, Active-Duty Military, and current owner/registrant of the vehicle. 
  • Confirm the current Lien holder (if any) of the collateral being pursued. 
• Initiate contact with client’s customers, references, relatives and associates. 
• Schedule and assign orders to appropriate contractors. Ensure expectations are met and information provided is understood and correct. 
• Use independent judgment and discretion to ensure compliance with all state and federal codes, regulations, and laws that pertain to the position. 

  Job Requirements 

• HS Diploma is required; associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.   
• 2+ years skip tracing related experience or minimum 1-year internal Light Investigative Skip (LIS) or 2 + years of collection or repossession experience preferred.  
• Knowledge and thorough understanding of internet search tools utilized to trace individuals or collateral. 
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and presentation.   
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and possess strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.  
• Must be proficient in the use of office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Gramm-Leach – Bliley Act (GLBA) is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-person/in-office position.  The position is sedentary and requires sitting for long periods of time while working on a computer or using other office equipment.  The employee must occasionally lift or move items up to 30+ pounds.

Remarketing Specialist The Remarketing Specialist oversees remarketing cases through portal, managing approximately 400-500+ cases or at once.Gathers and documents appropriate, detailed, and accurate information in portal to manage the remarketing process to completion.Communicate by phone and electronically with lenders, vendors, client representatives and other individuals in a timely and thorough manner.

• Monitors case updates ensuring the auction agent is working each case to specified guidelines in a timely manner; review invoices to be certain that vendors are complying within the terms of their agreement with the company and the client.
• Identify when cases need to be assigned to other stages of remarketing and continue monitoring and documenting through each stage.
• Monitor any overdue cases and assure cases are kept current including notifying the appropriate source when an update is needed.
• Provide excellent client service to lenders seeking to remarket unpaid assets by acting as the liaison between the lender and auction agents.
• Other duties, as assigned.

  Job Requirements

2nd Shift Machine Operator 3:30p - Midnight $19 - $22

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co- workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs

Skills

• Proven experience as a machine operator

We are hiring Machine Helpers/Operators.  Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay: Starting pay is $15/hr - will be bumped up depending on performance. Previous experience working with metal material preferred.  Machine Operators/Helpers with Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred.

The Raw Materials Handler position in China Grove, North Carolina  is responsible for weighing material, creating batches according to written instruction, driving a forklift, running equipment, and testing samples. Successful candidates will be comfortable in a repetitive, fast paced environment. This is a full time position.  

  

Raw Materials Handler Qualifications:

• Ability to walk entire shift, climb stairs, and raise arms overhead

The Board Loader in China Grove, North Carolina is responsible for taking ceramic magnets and moving them from conveyor belt to a grinding machine.
