Alliance is seeking employees for our client in the Twinsburg area. Our client's offerings have included solutions for governments and government agencies, wireless operators, financial institutions, the health care industry, protected access, electronic identification, and public key infrastructures. Product manufactured include contactless and traditional magnetic stripe cards for banks, transit authorities and government agencies.
Machine Operator Pay:
- $17 - $21, based on Shift Preference
- At the completion of the 90 day probationary period, all employees are eligible for benefits and include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with match and much more.
Machine Operator Shift:
- 1st shift 6:00am - 2:00pm, OT based on Business Needs
- 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am, OT based on Business Needs
- May include mandatory overtime on weekends
- Scheduled shift is 8 hours long but overtime may extend start or end time
Machine Operator Job Duties:
- Checking of card order
- Machine set up of production parameters, set up production keys and pre-personalization data
- Document and ship out orders from the department daily
- Track production orders thru the ERP system
- Performing of QC tests along with completion of all paperwork pertaining to each order.
- Print, fold, insert mail pieces as per specifications and documentation
- Meter and seal envelopes based on specifications and instructions
- Maintain machinery and work area in a clean and orderly condition at all times
Requirements:
- Required to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, reach and move about facilities.
- Requires an understanding of PC-controlled production machine.
- Mechanically inclined a plus
- Basic knowledge in data processing
- Ability to work on own with minimum supervision
