Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Checking of card order
• Machine set up of production parameters, set up production keys and pre personalization data
• Document and ship out orders from the department daily
• Track production orders through the ERP system
• Performing of QC tests along with completion of all paperwork pertaining to each order.
• Print, fold, insert mail pieces as per specifications and documentation
• Meter and seal envelopes based on specifications and instructions
• Maintain machinery and work area in a clean and orderly condition at all times
• Required to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach and move about facilities

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Understanding of PC-controlled production machinery 
• High school diploma or equivalent

Machine Operator Hours:

• Now hiring 2nd & 3rd shift!
• 2nd shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm
• 3rd shift - 10:30pm-6:30am 
• May include mandatory overtime on weekends
• Scheduled shift is 8 hours long but overtime may extend start or end time

Machine Operator Pay:

• $19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on shift and position

Tool Room Supervisor

*This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift paying $30/hr

Purpose: Assist Supervisor to revise, repair and maintain molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges and cutters. Assist with repair of press components and trouble shoot molds and secondary tooling problems. Recommend to Supervisor a corrective action plan for problem molds and tools, which will ensure quality parts for the customer. Responsibilities:

• Advise Supervisor immediately of any unreported mold damage, wear or unsatisfactory conditions
• Operate milling machine, lathe, drill press, surface grinder and auxiliary equipment
• Use and operate tool room equipment and machinery in a safe manner
• Maintain tool room equipment and keep work area organized and clean
• Perform other duties as required

Training Requirements (OJT 90 Days): Work Experience:

• Preferred 3 – 5 years related tool room experience in an injection molding environment
• Must be able to read part and tool drawings and use standard measuring instruments
• Working knowledge of equipment, molds, fixtures, etc.
• Ability to be flexible due to priority changes

Injection Molding Technician Responsible for mold installation and removal, start-up and troubleshooting of existing jobs, and direction of work station set-up and effectiveness. Will aid in determining process ability to establish the largest process window while meeting customer specifications and profitability. Responsibilities: - Ability to perform all duties of Set-Up Technician - Mold installation and removal - Interacts with all departments to recommend, implement and follow through processing problems and maintaining optimum process conditions - Maintain process data logs and process set-up sheets - Machine start-up and shutdowns - Procure and analyze IQMS data - Communication with shift personnel to ascertain equipment effectiveness and reliability - Maintaining Set-up equipment condition, organization, and inventories - Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality systems - Assist in training of Set-Up Tech personnel - Perform other duties as required Training Requirements (OJT 90 Days or less): Ongoing, informal, evaluation by Management for additional training needs.
