I grew up in the Mayfield area and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology-Criminology in 2003 and my Master's Degree in Sociology in 2004. I joined the Alliance team in 2014 after working for Things Remembered for 7 years. The culture and drive from my coworkers at Alliance have been a great motivating factor for me every day, as well as the ability to affect the lives of my employees and their families!

This isn’t my first time dealing with Adam. Each time he shows he cares about his workers. He answers questions instantly and if he doesn’t know he will get it and get back at you quickly. He understands things happen and definitely will work with you. My first time working with him my Brother passed right before my job assignment was to start. Adam was very understanding. I definitely appreciated that. I would definitely advise anyone to ask for him if in need of a job
