I grew up in the Mayfield area and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology-Criminology in 2003 and my Master's Degree in Sociology in 2004. I joined the Alliance team in 2014 after working for Things Remembered for 7 years. The culture and drive from my coworkers at Alliance have been a great motivating factor for me every day, as well as the ability to affect the lives of my employees and their families!

Adam was great he kept his word always checked on me to see how i was doing and if theres anything needed from him that could benefit me as an employee outstanding character stand up guy he is the truth behind having a recruiter wish i could of done more for him and i would love to work with him again anytime he is willing to have me. He deserves a pay raise and promotion if there is anything higher than his position now
