Tool and Mold Maker

 

Responsible for the production, modification and maintenance of precision machined

components and assemblies incorporated into dies and injection molds using CAD/CAM, CNC machining centers, EDMs, and complex grinding setups, while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, or technical drawings to understand mold specifications. Use various tools, equipment, and machinery to fabricate mold components, such as cores, cavities, slides, and inserts, according to design specifications. Set up and operate CNC machinery, such as multi-axis milling machines, lathes, and grinders, to rough and finish mold components. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the mold design is robust and meets functional and aesthetic requirements. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed molds to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Troubleshoot and fix any issues or part defects with mold components, identifying and resolving problems to minimize production downtime. Maintain and repair existing molds by cleaning, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure their longevity and optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to mold making, and incorporate innovative practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the mold making process. Document and maintain accurate records of mold specifications, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities. Qualifications/skills Proficient knowledge of mold making techniques, materials, and processes. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, CAD software, and technical drawings. Skip Trace Investigator:
  • Responsible for skip tracing accounts within the scope of applicable laws and regulations in a manner that denotes professionalism and integrity.  Ideal candidate will have had experience in post charge-off collections, including skip tracing. 
  • Use all internet databases and phone tools to locate customers/collateral. 
  • Build successful relationships with contractors and clients to service accounts. 
  • Communicate verbally or systematically with clients and/or contractors to: 
    • Provide updates regarding account status and service levels; recommend changes if needed. 
    • Obtain new leads on customers / collateral locations. 
    • Obtain any necessary documentation or guidance to pursue the collateral/customers (i.e., Credit Applications/Reference sheets, and prior communication with their customer). 
    • Provide frequent updates to summarize progress made throughout the lifecycle of orders. 
  • Conduct initial review of information provided by clients to ensure accuracy.

    • Determine if the client’s customer has filed Bankruptcy, Active-Duty Military, and current owner/registrant of the vehicle. 
    • Confirm the current Lien holder (if any) of the collateral being pursued. 
  • Initiate contact with client’s customers, references, relatives and associates. 
  • Schedule and assign orders to appropriate contractors. Ensure expectations are met and information provided is understood and correct. 
  • Use independent judgment and discretion to ensure compliance with all state and federal codes, regulations, and laws that pertain to the position. 
  Job Requirements 
  • HS Diploma is required; associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.   
  • 2+ years skip tracing related experience or minimum 1-year internal Light Investigative Skip (LIS) or 2 + years of collection or repossession experience preferred.  
  • Knowledge and thorough understanding of internet search tools utilized to trace individuals or collateral. 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and presentation.   
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and possess strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.  
  • Must be proficient in the use of office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
