Job Title: Assembler

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime available every other Friday) Start Date: ASAP

As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in the production of ventilation system products, ensuring quality and efficiency in your work. You’ll collaborate closely with the assembly team to produce high-quality products that meet the company's standards.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling ventilation system products using various hand tools.
• Managing the complete assembly process, from initial build to testing and palletizing.
• Performing general cleaning of the production area to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Completing other duties as assigned to support team operations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in assembly.
• Physical capability to perform consistent lifting, bending, and standing in one area for 8-12 hours.
• The ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Orrville, OH during 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday from 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime every other Friday.
