Job Title: 2nd Line Operators

Pay: $16 per hour Hours: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday-Thursday) / 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting products to verify conformance to quality standards through visual inspections and process verification.
• Moving materials and products, and handling and installing components using hands and arms manually.
• Reading and understanding Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers, ensuring all components align with specifications.
• Following assembly instructions to accurately assemble products based on provided documentation.
• Verifying products with drawings and work instructions as applicable.
• Utilizing equipment including hand tools, power tools, and tape dispensers safely.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and conducting necessary cuts for gates.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in warehouse or general labor environments, preferably with assembly expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic reading skills to comprehend technical documents and instructions.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
