About Kirstin Schmelig:

I really enjoyed working with Kirstin on interviewing for this new role. I had a competing offer from another firm, and Kirstin made sure the one I was interviewing with understood the urgency and time deadline I was under. She always made sure to communicate proactively, and I didn't feel like I had any surprises during the process. You can tell she enjoys her job, and it shows through in the way she handles her clients.
