About Kirstin Schmelig:

Kristin was very helpful in her explanations and helped me to navigate not only my different employment options, but also to understand my own worth on the job market. I hope to continue working with Kristen and will happily be recommending her to friends.

About Kirstin Schmelig:

I appreciate the fact that Kirstin took the time to reach out to me after I submitted my resume to have a conversation. Too often, when resumes are submitted the employer still doesn't know alot about the applicants (except what's on paper). I feel Kirstin listened to my issues, goals, and what motivates me. Thanks for all your help Kirstin.
