I am an experienced Technical Recruiter with over 15 years of experience working in Staffing Industry. Over 12 of those years have been focused in filling role within the Automotive industry.

Started with the company in early 2017 and worked my up through this great company and now am part of the leadership team

I started in our industry as a front desk Receptionist and was able to learn and juggle various desk duties and then recruitment. Shortly after, I was promoted and became a full time Recruiter and then an On-Premise Manager for Helpmates Staffing Services. I've been with the company for 14 years and have gained tremendous experience in recruitment and various staffing techniques on how to identify, screen and hire top talent. I specialize in the Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, Aerospace and Office Services segments.

Hi there! I'm Bri, a Senior Recruiter at Vision Staffing, where I've spent the past 2+ years helping candidates and companies find the perfect match. My goal is not just to fill positions, but to connect individuals with roles that align with their skills, passions, and long-term aspirations.

I earned my degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, and that background shapes the way I approach recruitment — with curiosity, empathy, and a focus on understanding people’s motivations beyond the résumé.

Outside of work, I’m an animal lover with two feline “supervisors” at home, a nature enthusiast, and a creative at heart. I also run a small business crafting custom tumblers, sharing my designs at local craft shows, and connecting with fellow art lovers in the community.

I have been with PeopleLink Staffing for over two years now and enjoy my job more everyday!! I have two adult children, 4 beautiful pups and an exceptionally wonderful husband. I love summer and everything to do with it, enjoying a good book and spending time outside. Our lifegoal is to travel to all of the states at least once!!!
