Hello! My name is Brayleen, I'm a Recruiter for Selectemp located in Albany, OR. I recently graduated from Western Oregon University with my Bachelor's in Psychology. I'm excited to be a part of this wonderful team!

I was born and raised here in Roseburg, Oregon and after spending 12 years in the Seattle area, I decided to change career paths and return to my hometown. I most recently worked as an Asset Manager for new construction development in Seattle and have been with Selectemp Employment Services since August 2019!

I grew up in Santa Cruz, Ca and started my staffing career in Silicon Valley in 1995. I moved to Oregon in 2006 where I continued my staffing career in the Medford Area. I joined Selectemp in 2021 as a Staffing Manager and have been the Albany Practice Leader since May 2022.

Over the past 30 years, I have worked in many aspects of HR from HR Generalist to Benefits Specialist and now as an on-site Workforce Engagement Manager.

I have been a recruiter with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions since October 2018.
