In her recruiting work, Megan specializes in placing candidates in HR, legal, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration roles. She prides herself on gaining a strong understanding of FGP’s clients in order to match candidates based on skill and culture. She recruits for direct hire and contract to hire opportunities, and enjoys coaching and guiding candidates through the process, ultimately helping them optimize their career opportunities. Megan is a recipient of FGP’s “Great by Choice” award.
Megan began her career at FGP as a business development coordinator, assisting with client relationship, acquiring new business, and gaining an understanding of the business at-large. Throughout her 15 years at FGP, Megan has continued to grow and make a lasting impact within the staffing division. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Jessica serves as a Senior Recruiter on our Professional Staffing team in our Charleston office. Jessica works to source top talent for our clients, helping both candidates and clients achieve their goals. Jessica enjoys mentoring other recruiters and leading teams, as well as building new relationships and expanding her professional network.
Prior to joining FGP, Jessica worked as a Professional Services and Engineering Recruiter. Jessica is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations.
I have been in Staffing since 2012. I moved to Corpus Christi from north of Kansas City, Missouri in September of 2018. Prior to Staffing I was an Accountant. I really enjoy working with employers and candidates to find the perfect match for both parties. It is very challenging and rewarding, and I do my very best to make everyone happy.
Madison serves as a Professional Staffing Recruiter in our Charleston office. She works to discover talent that will help both clients and candidates achieve their goals. Madison is responsible for conducting screening calls with potential candidates to learn about their needs and set them up for success in the job search process. She enjoys building relationships and has a passion for helping others achieve their dreams.

As a Staffing Recruiter at FGP, I focus on temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles within the Greenville area. I am responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates, developing relationships with them to determine if they’re a fit for our openings, and project managing positions on behalf of our sales team.
Prior to FGP I worked in staffing in a dual desk role, which not only required me to recruit and interview candidates but also to source business from companies. Prior to working in the staffing industry, I organized the back end for documentaries that aired on ETV (and were even Emmy nominated), travelled to film interviews, and produced various types of video content for a variety of organizations.
My favorite thing to do is problem solve and luckily I have multiple ways she gets to do this every day. Whether it be working with clients as an Account Executive to fill their hiring needs, finding a just right job for a candidate as a Senior Recruiter, or figuring out how to fit an episode of Friends with my dogs into my evening.
I started in the staffing industry as a fresh college graduate and have not turned back since! When I graduated from McKendree University with a degree in International Studies I opted out of the foreign affairs route and joined a non-profit as a Staffing Account Manager. I had no clue what I was signing up for but fell in love!
Since then, I have completed my MBA and started studying for my CPMP. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something new!
