I stumbled into recruiting when I relocated to my hometown. Coming from the mental health field prior, it was important to me to have a position where I was making a difference and Bonney Staffing keeps that as a pillar in my daily life. Sam is a recruiter on the FGP Professional Staffing team and is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for office support and administrative positions. Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.

I am married and have 2 little boys and if I'm not working I'm hanging out with them! My husband and I love to coach soccer, baseball and basketball and play ourselves. I have worked in marketing and business development in a law firm, in a start-up tech company and within the hospitality industry.

I joined Lakeshore in early 2000 and never looked back!
