I graduated with a degree in Communications and Political Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville back in 2023, and have been with IDR ever since. As a Staffing Recruiter at FGP, I focus on temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles within the Greenville area. I am responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates, developing relationships with them to determine if they’re a fit for our openings, and project managing positions on behalf of our sales team.
Prior to FGP I worked in staffing in a dual desk role, which not only required me to recruit and interview candidates but also to source business from companies. Prior to working in the staffing industry, I organized the back end for documentaries that aired on ETV (and were even Emmy nominated), travelled to film interviews, and produced various types of video content for a variety of organizations.
I enjoy working with individuals and companies in the Architecture, Interior Design and Civil Engineering space.
