I earned my Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Northwestern. Most of my career has been in HR so Recruiting seems like a natural fit for me. I started at Lakeshore Talent as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator several years ago and moved to a full-time employee. Over the last few years, I have transitioned into a Recruiting Specialist tole which I really enjoy.

I have spent 10 years of my professional life cultivating lasting relationships with so many people and have experienced all corners of the hospitality industry. I have a real passion for working with people, especially healthcare workers! I grew up in the cold Midwest, spent 7 years in sunny Southwest Florida, and now reside in Knoxville, TN - Go Vols! I love to golf and explore new cities and landscapes with my boyfriend and our crazy fluffy dog, Kona. I am extremely dedicated to providing my nurses with the best possible experience, whether they are first-time travelers or seasoned travel veterans.
