The experience that I had with Andre is very similar to experience I have had with everyone that’s help me at the start of the program. Andre was great to work with, he has been super supportive and has been committed since day one to our success. He has helped us by giving us the tools to succeed in our apprenticeship.

Andre is an upstanding man who genuinely wants to help those around him. I have yet to send in my resume, but he’s been on the ball about it so far and i’ll get back with him on the resume to start a job search soon just in case this apprenticeship fails.

About Andre Brown:

Andre has been one of the best mentors I’ve had. Throughout my apprenticeship, he’s always made himself available whenever I needed advice, support, or clarification on something. What stood out to me the most is that he genuinely cares and checks in, not just about work but about how we’re doing overall. There were times he even took the time to call me after hours if I needed guidance or had concerns, and that meant a lot to me. He helped me become more confident, speak up more, and take feedback in a better way. Overall, I’ve had a great experience working with Andre and I appreciate the support and mentorship he’s given me throughout the program.
