As National Director of Recruiting at Year Up Professional Placement I am dedicated to closing the opportunity gap through job placement of underrepresented talent by providing access to fair market wage jobs, career mobility and professional development opportunities.

At YUPRO Placement , we share a social mission with our nonprofit parent company, Year Up, Inc. to close the divide by placing talent in fair market wage jobs while supporting lifetime professional growth paths. We strive to provide nontraditional recruiting strategies, specifically in building a skills-first workforce.

I am honored to work with a company where my passion and purpose align. 😊

Outside of my duties of placing incredible talent in life changing careers, I’ve spent over 15 years championing for diverse, equitable and inclusive experiences through corporate engagement and community service work. My hobbies include parenting over 30 plants & a dog, reading, serving as a leader of a national nonprofit called National Association of University Women (NAUW) and a Mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister Program (BBBS).
