About RoundTable Program:

Good format like always and obvious value in being around your professional peers to help stem ideas, etc. Only thing that could be better is if the whole group was from the same genre of staffing: commerical, professional, IT, etc. I am sure that is hard to do and all parties have sharp minds. But, that would be the only thing to make it a 12/10 instead of a 10/10.

I really liked the format this year with each of us preparing our presentations beforehand and then presenting them to the group. I love learning about the other companies in the group. I believe that gave each of us time to ensure our needs were met. I also like choosing somewhere warm to meet in February and in October. Getting out of the cold makes it a much better experience. Keep doing this! This last roundtable we had less time with the other group that was also meeting. I think it's great when we do lunches together. I know it can be tough with time. I also enjoyed the Tuesday activity on the golf course. I like doing things like this as it helps to build relationships. Thanks again for a great meeting!

The ice breaker was a great way to open the meeting. The facilitator did a good job encouraging attendees to participate in the discussions. Very good meeting for finance professionals to network.
