I’m also a licensed medic with 10 years of field and facility experience, from ambulance work to acute care to large-scale event medical coverage. I understand what clinicians actually face on the job because I’ve lived it.

I love recruiting because it hits the perfect balance between solving problems, building relationships, and changing someone’s life in a very real way. I get to connect the right person to the right opportunity, help them navigate big career decisions, and be the one who makes their next chapter possible. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and every win actually means something — for the clinician, for the facility, and for the patients they’ll care for.
