He’s also been very mindful of my timing—working around my sign-on bonus situation, planned start dates, and the logistics of getting my condo ready for a mid-term lease. Overall, Sean comes across as genuinely invested in helping me find a contract that fits my clinical values, lifestyle, and long-term sustainability—not just any job with a paycheck. I would highly recommend working with Sean to any PT considering travel, especially if you care about patient care models, work–life balance, and clear, honest communication.
