Why I love to recruit
Recruiting is a fun and challenging way to connect with healthcare providers in order to provide them with adventures and rewarding experiences. I became a physical therapist to help others and I still get to do that as a recruiter, just in a little bit different light!

Kim got me signed on and assigned quicker than other agencies I was working with could even get an email answered. She seemed to be able to do what others said was undoable. She gives ample time to review the contract and make sure you understand it before signing it as opposed to other recruiters who want you to sign contract on the phone without giving you opportunity to look at it first.
