Why I love to recruit
Why do I love recruiting? I look at recruiting as a way to build professional relationships with people all across the country. Helping PTs, OTs, SLPs, COTAs, and PTAs explore new places while doing what they love. Potentially, giving them the opportunity to ultimately find a place they could see themselves settling down. It also allows me to live vicariously through my travelers!
