I've been a therapy recruiter for over two years. I'm also a PT and worked in home health for over 15 years prior to transitioning to recruiting. I've completed several travel assignments in my career, so I understand what you are experiencing from the beginning of the job search all the way through starting the first day of your assignment. Jeremy has been my recruiter for my past 5 contracts with Ventura. This current one will be my 6th. He is always honest about likelihood of contracts, housing options, pay ranges, and timeframes. I had questions about some benefits information after my last contract and within an hour he had called HR and some of the benefits specialists and got me the info. You’re not going to find a better recruiter. I’m blessed to have him around.
