Hi! My name is Dana and I love being a recruiter! Prior to my recruiting career I was running my own Massage Therapy practice full time. I collaborated with therapists to help the rehabilitation and functional goals of my clients. I have a large respect for all therapists and can relate in a way that I also share empathy towards my clients and have a passion for helping others.

Why I love to recruit
When I started in this industry, I learned how important my role as a recruiter is. We not only help our travelers find their perfect assignment, but we also help facilities with staffing so they can provide adequate care to their patients. I love getting to know my travelers and knowing that I'm a part of a process that helps fulfill staffing requests for hospitals and other facilities who otherwise wouldn't have enough staff to care for their patients. I'll be your best advocate and support, and make sure you get the job!
