I was thinking of getting into traveling when a friend recommended Darrin. Darrin went out of her way to inform me of the process, reassuring my hesitations while not at all being pushy. I felt welcomed by her and have never regretted having her as my recruiter. It’s Good to know that she is there if I need something, but gives me the autonomy to do my own thing. Honestly, I can’t say enough about her and I know that if she were to go somewhere else, I’d likely try to follow.

Darrin, introduced herself to me as my new recruiter informed me my old recruiter had quit. She talk to me a little bit about my job. The facility I was at how I liked it , staffing, scheduling and so forth. She also follow back with me on my extension at the facility I’m at now and revise some of the pay scale for me which I’m grateful.

About Darrin Hansen:

I feel she does a good job communicating with the facilities for my requests R/T work agreements. But, I feel it's becoming more of a challenge to find good paying work assignments. Since, all the hospitals, LTAC, long term care facilities keep cutting the hourly rates. I know Darrin will keep fighting to get the best pay rate for my behalf. Thanks for all you do.

About Darrin Hansen:

I have worked with Darrin since December of 2021. I have never looked into a different recruiter or questioned her skills or abilities. She has always had my back, kept me in the loop, and had been a source of guidance when I’ve needed both professional and personal advice. She understands my needs and always helps me find the best jobs. Personally, because of family I’m limited to 8-hour driving distance from Sioux Falls. At times it can limit where I can work but she always helps me find the best jobs and meets my needs. I would recommend Darrin, to any health care professional, not just Respiratory Therapists, She has a background in nursing and she understands what its like to work in allied health and can relate on a level that is different from those who have never worked in health care.
