Overall I’ve been having a good experience with Matt. I’ve had a bit of frustration related to my employment, as they are trying to push for productivity standards which are not laid out in my contract (they are expecting a paid per visit type of schedule from travelers, as with their perm employees, even though travelers are paid by hour); but that isn’t Matt’s fault. He seems to understand my frustration and have my back if needed.
Needing to speak to someone directly is of utmost importance to me. Matt took my call and I need to have this guidance. I hope from here it can remain that way. Not just texting and emails. It means so much more when you can speak to someone.
