Matt has been very transparent throughout our time working with him. With our most recent job search to Alaska, I felt like he went above and beyond in searching for jobs in the area we wanted. He was consistent with follow ups regarding any new job listings and ensured we gave him the green light to go ahead and apply. Now that we're almost 3 months in our current contract, he has been consistent in following up regarding how it's going, how we're liking the job/location/clinic, and already being a little proactive in our next job search (still 3 months away). We've recommended him to other physical therapists and he's already helped one of them travel to the Alaska area as well. We're happy with having Matt as our recruiter and look forward to a longer work journey together!
