I was introduced to Logan through a mutual friend and I explained what I was looking for. He got back to me later with two opportunities, one where I wanted to go and the other more with a potential of where I wanted to go. In the end I accepted the offer of the one with potential of where I wanted to go. All through the process, Logan was actively reaching out, seeing how things were going, providing feedback and giving his input. He is a very good listener too.
