I have worked at Triumph Services for over a decade and because of that, have had the opportunity to wear multiple hats: recruiter, account manager, and leader. What matters to me is getting the job done and doing it well. I value quality over quantity, and truly love the recruiting process from start to finish. Candidates often tell me they appreciate my responsiveness and transparency, meaning you will always know where you stand throughout the hiring process. I pride myself on giving accurate and honest feedback.

Why I love to recruit
I love helping people. Hearing someone say "Yes!" to an offer and knowing it will change their lives for the better is a feeling that will never get old. Additionally, as a competitor and Triumph's first employee, knowing my efforts impact the bottom line keeps me going every day.

When I'm not working I like to
I'm a former collegiate athlete with body parts that don't quite work like they used to, so now I play golf. I enjoy watching sports and keeping up with technology, but above all else, I love being a dad.
