About Erika Bodell:

Erika is helpful, understanding and super sweet. I struggled with an agent and she stopped her own work to help me with my issue. She even continued helping me build my resume to end up getting hired to the job I truly desired while working with another amazing employee named Lauren. I would definitely recommend them anytime!

About Erika Bodell:

Erika is diligent and with great instincts, committed to finding the right candidate for the right job. She asked great leading questions to determine where I would be a good fit. It wasn’t a quick process, but well worth the time and effort. Erika deeply cares for all of her candidates and clients. She did not give up until I found my place in the work force. I am eternally grateful for everything Erika and the entire team at TriStarr did for my professional growth and development.

About Erika Bodell:

Erika’s professionalism is exemplary. My experience with both hiring and onboarding with Tri-STARR, facilitated by Erika, was extremely positive, especially given the magnitude of the Lancaster County Community Vaccination Center project. On a daily basis she acknowledged and validated individuals as well as the project as a whole, an excellent leadership quality.
