I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the growth and success here at TriStarr. As a dedicated Staffing Manager, I bring a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, as I work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand their unique staffing requirements and contribute to developing effective recruitment strategies.

I grew up in Northern NJ where I received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2018 I moved to the western Massachusetts area where I went to school for massage therapy. After pivoting career fields, I now live in the Lancaster area and leverage much of what I’ve learned while building authentic relationships with candidates.

When I’m not at work, I like to take walks with my partner and our dog, play pickleball, try new restaurants, binge-watch The Office, listen to podcasts, and watch football. Go Giants!

I really appreciated that she took the time to look at my resume and then call me to get a better understanding of my background. For a job seeker like myself I have well over 15 years of experience in many different types of companies which make me a top contender but because my resume can't be 6 pages long it is challenging to get all of my experiences into my resume. She is excellent. I only wish more hiring managers/ staff would that this time with each applicant.
