After earning my degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Central Penn in 2020, I built a foundation in retail management and banking before finding my passion for staffing and recruiting.

Over the past year at TriStarr, I’ve enjoyed applying my past experience while learning new tools to better serve our clients and candidates. Outside of work, I love traveling with my partner, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with friends and family.

I didn’t read reviews on Shannon I was actually working with Jule but that interview didn’t work out so I applied for the job that was under Shannon. Julie reached out to Shannon and we hit it off. But it’s not just working with Shannon but as a whole team. I love working with this agency. I’ll start by saying you have a great website the staff is very professional and understanding.
