Erika was always there for me and always got back to me in a speedy manner. She was very personable and gave feedback where needed. By the end of my experience with Tristarr, I felt of Erika as a friend because of her always positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Erika always seem to be so organized and composed. She was one of the reasons that I had an unbelievable positive job experience at the Lancaster County Vaccination Center.
I submitted my resume and did the testing about 3 years ago. Within two days, I had two interviews, and two job offers! I was floored at how easy that was compared to searching on my own. I am still with the company I chose to go with from the two offers, and have been very happy there. When my spouse had a bad injury, my supervisors at the company were quick to give me all the time to care for her for 6 weeks until she was able to walk, dress herself, and do the basics of daily living again.
The company was also very gracious in taking me back to my job with them, and I keep learning new skills and computer programs. Since Covid hit, I have been able to work from home, and have discovered how much I love sitting in the sunshine with my puppy snoozing at my feet and flowers adding their scent to my "office". I spent 9 years before checking with TriStarr being unemployed or severely under-employed--I should have gone there long before I did.
Working at the Vac Center last year
was an amazing experience. The LGH/ Rock Lititz logistics and their ability to adapt and improve as we went along was impressive, but I always tell people the unsung hero was Tristarr, who wrangled and cared for the people power in the best way. Thank you Erika.
