I really appreciated that she took the time to look at my resume and then call me to get a better understanding of my background. For a job seeker like myself I have well over 15 years of experience in many different types of companies which make me a top contender but because my resume can't be 6 pages long it is challenging to get all of my experiences into my resume. She is excellent. I only wish more hiring managers/ staff would that this time with each applicant.

But it’s not just working with Shannon but as a whole team. I love working with this agency. I’ll start by saying you have a great website the staff is very professional and understanding.
