I very much enjoyed working with Marcos. From the first LinkedIn message that he sent he was completely transparent providing information in the initial contact so that I did not have any concern about communicating with him. He was friendly, open, approachable and not pushy in any way as many Recruiters are. He provided information, insured that I had his contact information, followed up many times to see if I had concerns or questions. Any questions I had he acted on them quickly to find answers for me. At the interview Marcos hopped online to introduce me to the Manager so that the handoff was easy and comfortable. All the way to the offer Marcos ensured I had everything I needed.
