I'm a former middle school math teacher who transitioned into a new field 1.5 years ago - technical recruiting! I love the challenge of connecting talented individuals to positions that are a perfect fit! Plus, I get to keep using skills I acquired during my teaching years such as communication, problem solving, organization, and interpersonal relations. While I miss interacting with my students, I'm excited to use my skills in a new way! As a technical recruiter, I'm driven to support a company's vision and positively impact its success through expertly crafted recruitment efforts. I'm also excited to play a part in helping today's professionals reach their full potential. 🤓

Why I love to recruit
Recruiting is an exciting and rewarding field, and I'm passionate about it. I have a keen eye for spotting top talent, and I love the challenge of finding great people for the right roles. Getting to work with talented individuals and help them understand their strengths and find a great fit with our clients is something I find incredibly rewarding. I'm always learning, which makes it an ever-evolving and stimulating environment. Plus, seeing the success stories of hires who were placed by me and are flourishing in their roles is extremely satisfying!

When I'm not working I like to
I enjoy spending my downtime exploring the great outdoors. When I'm not working, I love to go camping and hiking. I love the feeling of being surrounded by nature, and I also enjoy the challenge of hiking up a mountain or through some rough terrain. Camping is relaxing but also exciting because there are so many unknowns that come with being in the wilderness, and it's always a great feeling when you have conquered them. I also love the way my body and mind feel after a long day of hiking and camping. My body is exhausted, but my mind feels clear and energized. I think it's a great way to take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle and refresh my mind and body. Camping and hiking give me the physical exercise I need to keep fit, but also the opportunity to unplug. 🌞⛺🥾🚙🌜
