I've known Christopher for approximately 8 years now & he's always been very responsive to me, as well as my situation. I was away and unreachable for much of the time Chris was working with me; nonetheless, he made a point of trying all available communication mechanisms to keep me up to date with what was happening, and to organize each step along the way.
