Chris has been proactive, upfront in all communications. I don't recall any agency's representative I worked with before (I have worked with dozen of agencies) that was willing to source new contract opportunities for me once I informed them my job was coming to an end but Chris did. I received a few interviews while still serving my previous contract. Though I did not get any offer during that time, he did the best he could.
