About Ian Talty:

Ian contacted me early on in my search when DOGE came through and decimated my position. I am a very particular person who I will work for and was in a position to wait for remote work. He passed a few by me and I rejected multiple opportunities because he was looking high and low for jobs that might be of interest and I was not remote or hybrid where the commute was out of range. Ian called almost weekly just to check in and see how things where even if he didn't have a position to present and I find that level of service to be above and beyond what any other recruiter will do... and a very rare quality these days. Even as picky as I am, he found a position that properly matched and was able to get me through the entire process and hired. It was smooth and very quick from interview to acceptance. I would highly recommend Ian if you're looking for a new job or in need of employer's needs/requirements. Ian is a laid back and listens to you have to say and then responds, not like a used car salesman trying to sell you something you don't want.
