Ian contacted me early on in my search when DOGE came through and decimated my position. I am a very particular person who I will work for and was in a position to wait for remote work. He passed a few by me and I rejected multiple opportunities because he was looking high and low for jobs that might be of interest and I was not remote or hybrid where the commute was out of range.
Ian called almost weekly just to check in and see how things where even if he didn't have a position to present and I find that level of service to be above and beyond what any other recruiter will do... and a very rare quality these days.
