About Ian Talty:

Ian contacted me early on in my search when DOGE came through and decimated my position. I am a very particular person who I will work for and was in a position to wait for remote work. He passed a few by me and I rejected multiple opportunities because he was looking high and low for jobs that might be of interest and I was not remote or hybrid where the commute was out of range. Ian called almost weekly just to check in and see how things where even if he didn't have a position to present and I find that level of service to be above and beyond what any other recruiter will do... and a very rare quality these days. Even as picky as I am, he found a position that properly matched and was able to get me through the entire process and hired. It was smooth and very quick from interview to acceptance. I would highly recommend Ian if you're looking for a new job or in need of employer's needs/requirements. Ian is a laid back and listens to you have to say and then responds, not like a used car salesman trying to sell you something you don't want. He took the time needed to get me across the goal line based on my stringent requirements and ended up with a successful placement. I highly recommend him and recommendations I give out sparingly.
