About Ian Talty:

It's part luck, and part his skill that Ian and I connected two years ago. I was laid off during the pandemic among hundreds of others from my old company. I had never done contract work before. Ian helped me to transition from salary to contract work extremely well. There were a couple of times that I was upset about something that I misunderstood or was confused about. Ian always responded quickly and with sincerity. He always wanted my experience to be a good one. Not only that, Ian checked up regularly and kept me informed about the status of the position. I can't think of anything Ian could have done better to make this experience better, and he represents Triple Crown consulting in the best, most positive light.

My experience as a senior engineer placed by Ian has been A+ across multiple assignments. Other recruiters seem to compromise on finding exact-match roles even when an offer results. They never succeed in the end, compared with Ian who has repeatedly succeeded.
