Ronnie helped me find my current job. He was checking with me frequently when I was on another contract and when that contract ended arranged many interviews.
I appreciate the way Ronnie checks in with me regularly, and how he lined up a new job after a previous one completed, with no gap in between. That was a big help, but that was a few months ago. The market is more difficult at this time, but Ronnie continues to look for work for me and stays in touch on a regular basis. I value personal connections like this, because I believe it is the only way for me to stay in business. If I had to rely solely on job boards, I'd be homeless and my family would be starving. Those job boards are a dead end and a total waste of time. The only thing that works, in my opinion, is a solid personal relationship with a professional recruiter like Ronnie who takes the time to match a client's needs with my skills, and then adds a touch of sales to close the deal. That is the secret sauce.
