Ronnie has been a pleasure to work with. I have worked with other recruiters, but Ronnie is the best and on top of his game. He communicates and keep me on top of things from contract to company related issues. I found Ronnie to be the best recruiter that contacted me or I worked with, If Ronnie does not land you a job, he follows up weekly just to see what other opportunities you might have open and seems to generally really care about seeing you find work weather with Triple Crown or whomever it might be. Ronnie stuck with me for 4 months looking for that spot that might fit. Ronnie was a breath of fresh air in the recruiter business than others I had contact with. About Ronnie Maksymowski:

I appreciate the way Ronnie checks in with me regularly, and how he lined up a new job after a previous one completed, with no gap in between. That was a big help, but that was a few months ago. The market is more difficult at this time, but Ronnie continues to look for work for me and stays in touch on a regular basis. I value personal connections like this, because I believe it is the only way for me to stay in business. If I had to rely solely on job boards, I'd be homeless and my family would be starving. Those job boards are a dead end and a total waste of time. The only thing that works, in my opinion, is a solid personal relationship with a professional recruiter like Ronnie who takes the time to match a client's needs with my skills, and then adds a touch of sales to close the deal. That is the secret sauce.
