My success in technical recruiting is the product of years in the trenches, building relationships with talented software and hardware engineers from square one. My role is to serve as a resource to make the job search process easier for tech pros. When a candidate tells me where they want to go in their career, I guarantee I’ll put the work in to try and make the right connections for them.

With more than ten years of direct experience, I’ve made a point to differentiate myself from “churn and burn” recruiters by being responsive, honest, and helpful by providing feedback. That means not disappearing like most recruiters when it doesn’t go their way. Fortunately, at Triple Crown, we all share a common pursuit of building relationships for the long haul.
