My success in technical recruiting is the product of years in the trenches, building relationships with talented software and hardware engineers from square one. My role is to serve as a resource to make the job search process easier for tech pros. When a candidate tells me where they want to go in their career, I guarantee I’ll put the work in to try and make the right connections for them.

With more than ten years of direct experience, I’ve made a point to differentiate myself from “churn and burn” recruiters by being responsive, honest, and helpful by providing feedback.
