Why I love to recruit
Recruiting overall is a passion of mine because I get to build relationships and show value while dealing with many different types of engineers. Every person, every convo, every situation is unique and I enjoy working together with the engineers to make something happen. I have been on the opposite side of the equation and understand the importance of making sure I am dealing with the right people. The recruiting industry is very watered down with many individuals who aren't effective and just go through the motions when it comes to finding positions for candidates and engineers. I strive each and every day to make sure that I embody what I say and don't fall into that category. I am a grinder.
