Maya is very cordial and easy to talk to. This is important when it comes to building trust as well as feeling out roles that would otherwise be something I wouldn't have thought about. She provided me with a possibility that I'd considered years before, but had never ventured into. Maya made me feel comfortable about my decision initially not accepting the role and then later coming back and realizing that I did want a role and frankly didn't make me feel alienated about that. Further still, she understands my specific employment situation and is still going to help me in future with whatever future ventures I wish to pursue. Maya is fantastic resource and any organization would be remiss not to consider her skills. She would be my go-to anytime or each time if I need further employment or just to help me look around where I hadn't considered at all.
