About Allyn Nguyen:

Allyn has outperformed all agents that I have worked with in the past 30 years and continues to overwhelm me with multiple job offers and a consistent pay scale requirement that is comparable to my experience. You need people to understand that your worth is what it is and she does understand. She is also willing to learn about the different skillsets or task related to comparable pay and will justify it by asking questions about the different design tool requirements related pay scales with comparative years of experience analysis, in which we discussed intensely for all of it to make sense for all parties. She now has the knowledge to counter-offer client management misalignment with data gap analysis based on industry standards to speak knowledgeably when negotiating contracts and closing them with a high efficiency rate.
