About Steven Burke:

This has been the most difficult job market I've ever seen in the tech industry as a Software Engineer since the early to mid 1990's. I moved and lived in Silicon Valley for decades, and I was willing to move back to Silicon Valley if that's what it took to land another role as a Software Engineer. Steve Burke was the first recruiter I spoke to during my job search. After meeting Steve, I had an instinct, and honest belief, that Steve Burke would be the recruiter, the person who finds me my next role. It took another 4 months for Steve to find that role – that's a "never give up", "failure is not an option" mindset and work ethic – and I had been in contact with many other recuiters at the same time. There's something about Steve Burke that I can only describe as "next level", especially when compared to other recruiters I've encountered in prior searches and this latest job search. Steve knows how to identify, bridge, and convey value to hiring managers and Triple Crown clients. Based on my experience, Triple Crown Consulting is extremely fortunate to have Steve Burke working for and representing them.
