About Jim Erhard:

Jim responded very quickly to the email I sent him concerning a role he posted about on LinkedIn. He has followed through on everything we discussed and offered some great suggestions for changes to my resume. I felt that he really cares about placing me in a role that fits my background and goals.

About Caitlin Hiesberger:

Caitlin and crew are wonderful. The only aspect that was an issue was the reference process. In the old days we would just call or write the references and ask them questions. In this current process I am already asking for a favor from them and then lumping on a homework assignment upon them in short notice. When I ask them for their reference they just expect to be contacted by someone and provide a reference not have to write a dissertation to submit the reference.

About Jordan Lewis:

Jordan first contacted me via a no-pressure cold outreach email that was clear and succinct, including a link to research TriCom in his signature. I responded with interest, and he responded within an hour or so with more details and a request to chat via phone. The whole process has been candid, encouraging, and I felt that he listened to me, andswered my questions, and advocated for me. The most pleasant experience I've had in my current job search.
