Why I love to recruit
When I learned people would pay me to talk to people all day, I knew I’d found my calling. The best part of recruiting isn’t filling jobs, it’s building relationships. I’m known for being transparent, genuine, and always following through. Candidates tell me they appreciate having a real conversation instead of feeling like they’re talking to a recruiter script. At the end of the day, I just enjoy meeting people where they are and helping whenever I can.

When I'm not working I like to
Food is my love language. I enjoy cooking, baking bread, discovering new wines, and hosting family and friends around the table. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m probably working out, reading a good book, or planning my next trip. My husband and I love to travel, and our German Shorthaired Pointer, Barrett, is the unofficial mascot of our household.
