Mckinzie, Thus far has been great to work with. She has asked questions and has felt my answers were fine. The times I asked for more context or what person role was that was asking the question she did not know but was super transparent told me she would find out. Open and Honest is a great trait and is under reconized in todays society. She has been such a joy to talk to and i think i may have even taught her something about the role or given her ideas as well.
