About Jim Erhard:

Jim is comprehensive in providing me with an overview of the job description, given the information he has. He is knowledgeable in answering my questions. He is efficient in giving me the information about the compensation and other relevant information about the package. My first Zoom interview with him ran into some technical difficulties, but because of Jim's persistence, the problem was finally resolved. In terms of the survey of Jim's providing advice and guidance, and providing feedback, I rated it as neutral because our interaction so far hasn't run into situations that call for Jim's advice and feedback. So the question is not applicable.
